We worked alongside SplayOne's leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritize features for maximum impact, and shape the technical architecture to support their long-term vision. This wasn't outsourced development — it was true product partnership.

As the platform matured, we integrated AI capabilities for creator recommendations, automated brief generation, and campaign optimization — turning data into a competitive advantage.
