Meld: A Subscription Platform That Fits How Organizations Actually Work
Meld is our own product — white-label subscription and membership management for organizations whose operations are messier than any billing tool assumes.
The Same Problem, Over and Over
Member data in a fixed-width TXT file dropped on an SFTP server overnight. A second list in Excel, maintained by someone who left. A printing house that needs a CSV on a fixed schedule, in its own format. A payment provider that knows about none of it. Somewhere in the middle, a person reconciling all of it by hand every month.
We kept meeting this. Not at broken organizations — at well-run ones, with real subscriber bases and real revenue, using tools that each did one part of the job and none of the connecting work. So we built the connecting work as a product.
What Meld Is
Meld is a white-label, multi-tenant subscription and membership platform. Subscribers, publications, payments, imports and reporting in one system, configured per organization rather than per project.
The pitch is fit, not features. Three things it is built around:
Separate organizations, properly separated. Data, branding, settings and integrations stay scoped to each organization. No shared mess, no awkward workarounds.
Member management without the spreadsheet circus. A self-service portal for members, bulk member data moving in and out over whatever your surrounding systems already speak, and an end to burning admin time on routine changes.
Billing that doesn't fall apart at scale. A growing set of payment providers — Klarna and Stripe among them — with recurring billing, invoicing, retries and VAT handling in the same system regardless of which one an organization uses.
The parts most platforms treat as an integrations project — the imports, the scheduled exports, the per-organization configuration — are the product here. That is the whole argument.

Meld is in production, trusted by leading Swedish organizations: 50,000 members managed, 2,000,000 transactions processed, 99.99% uptime, 25 organizations onboarded.
Why We Run Our Own
Client work proves we can ship. Running Meld proves we can carry something — the roadmap, the uptime, the support calls, the migration nobody wants to do. It is a different kind of evidence, and it feeds directly back into how we build for everyone else. Tenant isolation, audit logging and recurring billing are much easier to get right for a client when you have been on call for your own.
